Owner and longtime hospitality local Glenn Barlow started Cook St. Liquor in 2008. The vision was simple—provide a curated selection of local and international alcoholic beverages with a team of cool, passionate folks to celebrate life. The store moved from behind Prima Strada to center stage 304 Cook Street in 2017. General Manager David Alvarez came on board in 2012, and has taken the reins in evolving this Cook St. Village staple with his fantastic team.
